UPS GROUND MAP
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship UPS Ground to all desitinations in the continental United States. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO via USPS (you will need to contact customerservice@finditgames.com directly to place your order). Your order tracking e-mail confirmation informs you of the tracking number for you to follow. Because of the continual rise in shipping charges, we are no longer shipping orders outside of the United States.
UPS GROUND
We generally ship items the next business day so orders are received within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (PST) will go out the next business day.
UPS 2 DAY AIR
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (PST) will go out the next business day. Packages will arrive two days after their ship date, excluding weekends and holidays. An additional charge of $15.00 will be added to the order.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that transit times are estimated and during higher volume shipping times of year (ie: Christmas) there often can be delays, Please plan accordingly.

WEEKENDS
Please note the UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays unless the customer specifies a "Weekend Delivery" which costs an additonal charge of $15.00. You can email customerservice@finditgames.com to add this option.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect all packages promptly. Any damage must be reported within five (5) days for a claim with UPS to be made and a new item shipped.
If an item is damaged during shipment save all packing materials, DO NOT refuse the package and contact us immediately at customerservice@finditgames.com.
HOLIDAY ORDERING
Please follow the ordering dates below to insure your gifts arrive by December 24. Shipping options apply to in-stock merchandise shipped to physical addresses within the United States by UPS. Adjust appropriately for your locaton or destination issues.
* December 14 - Last day to order using Standard Ground Delivery
* December 20 - Last day to order using Two Day Air Delivery
All shipments leave from Monroe, WA.
NOTE: Find it Games will not be responsible for weather related delays.
We will be closed for Christmas and New Years holiday's.
Limited shipping for orders placed between December 22 to December 31.
We will be shipping orders out Wednesday December 26th and Thursday December 27, 2012. Any orders before noon that day will be processed and shipped out.
